Gen360 Vantage uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators to assess participant engagement, growth, and program effectiveness. Outcomes vary based on individual participation, commitment, and external factors.

Observed growth and developmental markers may include:

• Participants are supported in articulating potential career, education, or workforce pathways
• Observed improvement in communication, professionalism, and self-advocacy skills
• Increased confidence reported or demonstrated in decision-making and goal-setting

Participation and readiness indicators may include:

• Completion of strengths-based assessments, workshops, or training sessions
• Participation in leadership groups, workshops, or retreat experiences
• Demonstrated readiness to pursue applications, interviews, or workforce and volunteer opportunities

Connection and referral activities may include:

• Referrals to staffing, internship, or volunteer opportunities when available.
• Continued engagement with community partners or affiliated organizations.
• Qualitative feedback collected from participants, parents, and partners.
